Support from management
They set rules, then change them to suite their current moods.
Management don't return emails that concern fixing problems unless you involve someone higher up the chain than they are.
Management shows repeatedly they care more for themselves than their employees.
This just depends on which shift you happen to work on
Overall compensation for your work
We are not paid enough for what we do. Raises? What are those?
We do have insurance. However, if you want to add your family too, you might as well be ready to pay the company for your time instead of you being paid.
It is kind of such reports as long as you are part of the Union. But don't expect your union rep to help when it's really needed.
Suggestions for improvement
- Rotary completely fresh with management. Get rid of the current management and properly train new. Show them how to communicate effectively and make a difference.
