Suggestions for improvement
- Approving PTO, making sure that management and employees are treated equally
Leadership at the top are approachable, intelligent and all around great people to work with. However, there is no way to determine how immediate supervisors and mid management are viewed or how they treat their workers.
No protection or respect for older workers. In a right to work state, supervisors can lie or do what ever to dismiss any employee, including older employees even if there is not documentation to to substantiate anything but loyalty and high performance. This starts in the mid-high supervisory level.
