Support from management
The leadership was non existent. An employee only heard from anyone when they are being corrected, usually because the leadership had not put out what was to be done. This made for a frustrating time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire competent people that have the experience and knowledge to support the mission that they are assigned. Also, I would put a site lead within CENTCOM and pay them extra for the additional work.
What I like about the company
The people that I supported operationally were great to work and establish relationships with. The location in Tampa is very good.
What I dislike about the company
The leadership is a hot mess. They seem to put people with little or no experience in leadership positions, especially in the ISR division. As for the Silverback 7, they provide zero employee guidance and support. I would recommend that anyone offered a job by them to run not walk in the other direction. They will not support you, if you have not other recourse and you have to accept then I understand that, but otherwise, I would go in a better direction.
