Suggestions for improvement
- Improve and job security is important to maintain staff.
Employee culture; coming together for the greater good.
Lack of executive extensive and continuous absent; no sense of direction until 11th hour when executive is "under the gun"; so unfair to team. There is too much disparity (equal treatment, pay, and recognition). Executive's members--sophomoric, assume status is hierarchal then others when in fact member is at the bottom of pyramid and other members are above (e.g., coordinators, managers, director). Final note, there is no accountability to sophomoric members.
