I have learned a lot in my 4 years there. There are often opportunities for advancement. Coworkers are great.

Suggestions for improvement

  • There should be one manager per specialty office. Currently, and in the time I’ve worked there, office managers have been expected to manage multiple practices. This isn’t a recipe for success and it leads other positions to overstep boundaries in order to do their own jobs accordingly.

What I like about the company

I always have access to speak with a supervisor and the providers I work under are thorough in their documentation and are receptive to new information.

What I dislike about the company

Office management is spread too thin to be successful.
