Suggestions for improvement
- Nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
My former supervisor and the majority of my immediate colleagues were top-notch, wonderful to work with. Of course there was little they could do about the one employee in my department who was verbally abusive and physically threatening toward me.
Business decisions too influenced by favoritism and personalities. Human resources department was essentially one person, too dependent upon maintaining the favor of upper management to be effective in promoting employees' interests. A completely dysfunctional organization, with the exception of one or two departments.
