Suggestions for improvement
- Capitalize on the talents of everyone and reward people for doing a good job.
I really dont like to complain after the fact however felt that little support was offered by management and the behavior exhibited was one of no concern and I truly felt like even though I had only been employed for two weeks a short time I was not deemed or considered a valuable employee to the company and during my nursing career that has never been a critical factor but crucial to work place performance and retention . however things were not displayed in this manner so i wasnt offended that the job ended however disappointed that I had invested time in the preparation for the position and ultimately the company
