Company is not interested in lean practices, 5S or growth beyond 50 employees.
Support from management
No support from management when it comes to improving and standardizing processes.
No teamwork. This is a partnership and it is the owners way or no way.

This is a “Do as I say” workplace.
No communication standards in place.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Those that have been there 20+ years are the only people on staff that get any respect.

Pay was good.

I have no idea how this place is still in business as they are stuck in the 80’s.
Promised a long career and let go after a month for being over qualified.
No safety standards in place.
So easy a caveman could do it. Not so sure about doing it without losing a limb though.

- Grow up. This is 2017 and if you don’t modernize quickly, you will go under.
