Suggestions for improvement

  • I would increase pay for staff from the bottom up and work toward at least addressing the issue of an almost exclusively male management team in an office that is 90% female. I would also include some measure of sensitivity training regarding minority and LGBT cultures in yearly training.

What I like about the company

Good atmosphere, generally. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Also, mostly field work so only about a third of the day is spent inside the office.

What I dislike about the company

Lower level staff very underpaid, especially for the amount and difficulty of work performed. Also lacking in diversity and sensitivity toward minority groups. Administrative staff is 90% male, while the rest of the staff is nearly exclusively female.
