Suggestions for improvement

  • I would improve the CEO management side of it all.

What I like about the company

I started out as packing eggs. I busted my butt and they noticed. They took a chance on me and promoted me to Quality Control Technician. They flew me to Indiana for paid training. I got to work for the USDA. I learned so much about my job and why I do what I do because they took a chance on me. The job was very rewarding.

What I dislike about the company

I didn't approve how some management took advantage of the hard workers. I was overworked. Pulling 16+ hours a day. Poor management (CEO) drove many good honest hardworking employees to leave the company including myself and my plant manager.
