Suggestions for improvement

  • I'm not sure how to improve the conditions. It seems like there's a revolving door for animal care staff and good hardworking people continually bail out.

What I like about the company

I truly loved working with the animals. The animal care team is incredible and I learned so much. This job builds confidence and determination.

What I dislike about the company

There is a disconnect between management and animal care staff that must be bridged.
