Good, but they tend to favor the older employees and discount the younger employees.. kind of a reverse ageism

Overall compensation for your work
Bonuses are laughable. Don't expect to share in the companies prosperity or record revenues. Barely anything trickles down past the management level

- A manager of a team should have knowledge and interest in the work their team does. Just because you like a person or think they manage a certain department well, doesn't mean they naturally belong in management for ANY team.
What I dislike about the company
Cronyism, nepotism, management is more based on who you know than what you know. Terrible parking. The company prospers and your bonus check looks like what your grandmother would give you for your birthday (don't spent it all in one place).
