I feel very isolated in my job a lot of the time.
Support from management
I hardly ever see my supervisor and they are not good at communicating with me. I feel like I am burdening them whenever I reach out and the same goes with other management as well.
This is covered in training as well.

I feel as though I should be paid more for the work that I do. I can barely pay my bills
Office / Work Environment
I work in my clients homes so it varies greatly but at times it is not comfortable. When I worked in the clinic it was very comfortable.
I am not sure about this question.
It is difficult to have full-time work and for any missed sessions you have to make up all of the hours.
Clients can cancel without warning and cases can and without warning. The job can be very unpredictable at times and if you don’t work then you don’t get paid for those hours.
Although I am sure the company does not discriminate against those of different disabilities, I am on sure of how to answer this one.
You receive very minimal training on how to protect yourself when I client can become aggressive. I’ve been injured many times on the job
My job is both physically and emotionally challenging at times.

I do believe that this company definitely values diversity in the workplace as well.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop focusing on how many clients that you can get and focus on providing ample supervision as well as quality services to the clients that you do have. Consultants are being overworked due to their caseload which doesn’t allow them enough time to see all of their clients and properly help and supervise their technicians.
What I like about the company
I have worked with some great families and have made breakthroughs and helping my clients with their behaviors and becoming more independent.
What I dislike about the company
The company is very disorganized and there are a lot of problems with communication. Also I feel as though training is very poor and that the company does not care about their employees as much as they should
