They start of with people you know and then go from there, so if you dont know very many people that can buy an expensive system like this your stuck in a rut.
If your not good at sales or marketing or have never done it before and find out your not good at it then this job will not work for you.
you go to strangers homes most of the time by yourself unless you have someone training with you or your doing what they call "knock ins" with someone else
Suggestions for improvement
- Help new sales people get more leads than just the people they know. If you have an administrative that has been doing really well, give them one of your good leads so that they can get a head start on things and boost their confidence!
What I like about the company
When you succeed they really appreciate it and they have weekly meetings, events where they provide food and door prizes and awards.
What I dislike about the company
They dont pay for training, you get paid only for sales or appointments set. They also dont reimburse you for the gas
