Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in experienced agents. In depth training and continuing ed on the job. Reward customer focused agents/actions as much or more than sales.
The pay and benefits were fair, but took a turn for the worse when CL took over from Qwest.
CL was not Union friendly so after years of having strong union support and a working relationship between Union and management, things became very contentious after the merger. Every year after that, there were drastic reductions in benefits and flexibility in using them.
