Suggestions for improvement
- More base pay so stress is lower, and more avilability of time off with out penalty.
- One more thing, they need to change the customers bill to use words that a kindergartner could understand so they don't call in for stupid questions, and one last thing fire all over seas vendors they are usless!!!
What I like about the company
They do compensate fairly well for most areas
What I dislike about the company
They make it difficult to use time off earned because of sales quotas. There is no break if you take off. Either make your month by selling or starve.
