Company is 100% Wall-Street and metric driven. Pricing for customers was regularly 20% higher than competition - too much overhead and profit targets don't match the market. Unrealistic expectations of employees, very segmented.
Suggestions for improvement
- People make the difference, industry is in decline - manage this without penalizing employees
