There is a lack of support for employees who are dedicated to their jobs. The longer you have been there the less support you get. There is no backing of employees in a supervisory role. They will often support the subordinates of the supervisor over the supervisor. They have an open door policy, but don't expect to be supported. When they feel that a person has been there to long they will make up things to get rid of that employee and use other employees to assist in the removal of that person .This may happen in a short period of time. If a long term career is what you are looking for I don't suggest this company.
