Suggestions for improvement
- The change of strategy is very important for the company
Unrealistic expectations for production. Incentive bonus calculation was always "off", and management could never justify/substantiate the alga-rhythm used to calculate bonuses.
Colleagues worked well together, although, the work itself does not require teamwork.
The response from management, when asking about bonuses, benefits,etc., the response was, "you could always go back to the hospital". It was almost threatening. I enjoy working in the hospital setting, why respond this way? We're nurses that came from the hospital, why act as though you're doing us a favor employing nurses outside the hospital setting.
