- Have the leads and managers take a managing class and properly train them on dealing with employees as if they actually care.

There are about 15% of staff that is genuine and friendly.
I dislike about the employer
Most of the staff will only train certain people for certain things or promotions. The upper management doesn't respect their employees. It's like they are on level 10 and think you are level 3.
