The teams try really hard to work together; however, they are a reflection of leadership pressures
It is great for those who are young but once you have approached 20+ years, they will look for ways to push a person out of the company; so to minimize pay, health insurance, and safety issues.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give the employees the time they need to make the products right instead of promising/announcing new programs with timelines that are impossible to meet.
