- quit the divisions, vacations, bonus, time clocks. We are one company but are divided between management and workers.

Disparity between company slogan and reality at the station level. Indiference to employee personal family life needs and the directive to cover the desks duties. New job assignments with opne stated threat of termination as apposed to discussing with available staff to cover job duties.
