There is no opportunity for a work life balance. You are expected to be at work 8-10 hours daily. If you try to leave on time or at a decent time (45 minutes-1 hour after you are scheduled to leave) this is addressed with you as not being part of the team and not being committed to the company success.

What I dislike about the company
The upper level executives, minus the director of operations, have such big egos that don't allow them to see the way they are treating their staff is not acceptable. They took away breaks b/c they didn't like seeing members of the staff sitting in the cafeteria watching the TV that they provided. They also require, at a minimum, 5-7 hours of overtime from their staff on a monthly basis w/out exception. Overall, they just want to drive their employees into the ground and not care enough to see what they are doing to them.
