Suggestions for improvement
- We do need a better training program for everybody. We have a high turnover rate due to a either a lack of training or not treating training like a priority.
What I like about the company
I personally like that they tried to work with people as much as possible about flexibility with a work/life balance. If someone needs off for specific reasons and communicates with management they are willing to work with them. And getting vacation and either free short term disability or sick days.
