- Treat your employees with respect. Develop a company culture where employees take pride in their company instead of contempt.
What I like about the company
The regular workers are great.
What I dislike about the company
The upper management (I.e., Vice Presidents. Program Manager. President) are the absolute worst management I have ever worked for. Their solution is to write up or terminate everyone. They use the old rank and rate evaluation system to ensure 55% of the workforce does not receive an annual merit increase or bonus.
