I like about the employer
Team environment and co-workers with each individual office; depending on location.
I dislike about the employer
Upper management could care less about you as an employee - they are misleading, vague, and at any moment could decide to close the doors without a sufficient or validity. Little to no follow up after potentially having very negative impact on employees lives; both financially and emotionally. No offer to assist with finding alternative employment. Will not work with employees to offer reasonable exit strategies. When there is an offer made it is then rescinded in a demeaning and insulting tone. Very cold and calculated response from mgmt. and HR. Overall, you are overworked, underpaid, and when they decide to close the doors for an unknown reason, you are good as gone, after thought, they do not look back despite the negative impact they have just created in peoples lives who have been dedicated to the company.
