Suggestions for improvement
- More recognition for hard work and dedication to service. Less focus on managers and more focus on the employees that actually do the work.
I like about the employer
I enjoyed my work and enjoyed having a variety of duties. The commute was great with few traffic problems.
I dislike about the employer
Employee moral declined when the company was purchased by CH2M Hill. The 'family' atmosphere and job security slowly disappeared. Jobs were eliminated or transferred to other offices. Work loads increased and hours increased our office always felt like 'outsiders'. Managers were not trained well enough and some employees felt like the had to train their manager. Human Resources seemed to look out for the company instead of the employee.
