Awe full, for
Two years I was bullied, harassed, humiliated and billittled by my manager as well as her manager. Racist and degrading, asked to do work that no one person is capable of doing in one day. Talked down to and eventually fired because of these two managers and of cousrse for exposing the truth to their lawyers after being sued for discrimination. Paid me off so I wouldn't speak at her trial. My manager also got fired but her boss was moved to another position with in the company of course since she friends with the other upper manager. For two years I think I lost 10 off my life. If you want to be a slave working more then 40 hours per week with no extra pay then this job is for u!! If not keep looking cause they have no care in the world. They base their opinion on someone who is not there instead of listening to those that are actually doing the work! Worse experience of my life!!
Suggestions for improvement
- Be more involved and when staff members come to HR or upper management listen. Their about to loose their biggest contract due to not listening!!
