Suggestions for improvement
- More mentoring from managers at the site. More resources for sites. Site directors feel isolated and undervalued. More compensation/time off/resources/benefits/appreciation for the people "on the ground" actually working with the kids and their families.
What I like about the company
The staff at the site are hard workers and want to serve kids and their families.
What I dislike about the company
The upper management visits sites rarely and don't offer any sort of mentoring or other opportunities for growth.
