Focuses on team building opportunities in the world of customer service. Volunteers occasionally bring around snack carts for the staff to aide in the longer working hours.
Certain supervisors favor their friends on the team and are not always professionally objective. Certain employees are given a pass for not following certain company policies which is frustrating.
