Listening is as far as it goes, maybe. At that point, nothing is kept private.
Dramatics, not patient oriented, poor quality work.
Freedom to work independently
You have no choice on this matter, you will be overwork and unpaid!
Communication does not exist, except through rumors.
Not too many men in the long term field.

Tension that can be felt by all.

Highly disliked, many complaints
They keep who they want, no matter what is done unethically. The good is ran off, the ones left are worked to illness.
Elevators and electronic doors
Short staff makes safety an issues for staff and patients
You will work the max and compensated for the least.

If you don't fit in, you are ran out.

- Clean house of all management, friends, and family. Listen to staff without retaliation
