Support from management
Upper management seemand d rather tone deaf to conflict between employees and supervisors.
Weekly staff meeting is an excellent forum for sharing research and ideas.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seniority is king here. If you stick around long enough you can do no wrong.
There is an emphasis on education here which is fantastic and lacking at other similar places.
Office / Work Environment
At some point, extra long work weeks begin to wear on the lower and mid level staff.
Clients do not always come first.
This agency often seems to be far more interested in preserving its image than lifting up the staff.
Suggestions for improvement
- When employees complain about working conditions or management it should be taken seriously.
What I like about the company
Emphasis on employee development and peer to peer education is excellent.
What I dislike about the company
Staff are promoted into management positions but not trained on how to properly manage direct reports.
