Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of Executive Director and HR director as well as Sr. Residential Mgr. New blood is what CLC needs.
What I dislike about the company
No support from superiors. Terrible communication. In townhall meetings we were told what they thought we wanted to hear. Never the truth. Love the clients.....did not care for upper management.
