Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of at least 25% of senior management and director level staff. Purge the PMO, they serve no purpose.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Terrible environment, too many people crammed into the new Lone Tree, CO campus. No privacy what so ever. Very noisy. No cell service inside the building. Employees have to 'badge in/out' just to go to the cafeteria. Video cameras everywhere. Big Brother is always watching. Desk high cubicle walls with glass above that - felt like I was looking through my windshield.
Senior management is disengaged. No clear IT strategy. Top heavy with directors (who's role isn't really as a director) just a "feel good" title.
