- I would take employees school assignment requests (I’m itinerant) in to account. I would provide more opportunities for teacher collaboration.
What I like about the company
I work for a very professional principal who is supportive and with top notch teachers. I often have opportunities to attend professional development. I have 12-13 weeks off per year.
What I dislike about the company
We don’t receive salary increases that relate to the cost of living increases in our area.
