Support from Management
Management shows favoritism with certain employees.
You are only trained to the minimum.
They'll lay you off for no apparent reason, but keep the employee that maintain to be in the click.
Suggestions for improvement
- New staff that will treat staff equally and not show favoritism.
What I like about the company
Not one thing.
What I dislike about the company
Poor managementioned that lead you to believe you have a future with them and lay you off when things don't go there way because of their on mistakes.
