- Promote from within and encourage employees to move into leadership positions.
culture seems to be every person for themselves with minimal support
Leadership provides zero support. Personality and stroking egos is what greases the wheel. Admins are not trained in HR and tend to lack the people skills or experience to make sound hiring and management decisions
haven't noticed gender inequality
lots of opportunities for career development but no time to do so
