Support from Management
The support from upper management was inconsistent!
As retail is a very holiday oriented business holidays are black outs. Also they frown on assistants and store managers going to school.
Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to take care of the employees. Pay them for the work that they do, don't have the mentality that you can get someone else.
What I like about the company
Charlotte Russe was a very Customer friendly place to work. They wanted the customer to feel like they were shopping with friends.
