No! i feel there is not fairness or trust in working with Charter. Again it depends on your relationship with the so called supervisors and mgr.
Support from Management
Charter needs continung training with supervisors etc.
sometimes with certain others, it might be team work!
Level of Autonomy
No! the workload is not fairly distributed. The supervisors give the easy work load on the employees, that they are in constant friendship on the job.
