Suggestions for improvement
- Start replacing Directors and Managers, too much upper management and annual reviews and raises were terrible after many overnights and long 14+ hour shifts. a lot of ataboys/girls but no compensation for the work provides

Management, wanted to listen to cost saving ideas, but never took advantage of the ideas.
