Support from Management
When I first started, I had a great manager but Charter fired her and the replacement was very unprofessional
Suggestions for improvement
- You have to many reps covering a small area which makes it extremely hard to meet quota on a consistent basis. You have a great comp plan as well as great benefits but you set up your sales reps for failure. As much turn over as you have in sales you should realize that there is a problem.
