Charter is not a trusting environment. I asked my supervisor if I could vent some issues that had been bothering me about changes recently made. Even though it was done in a professional manner (emailed requesting a meeting, explained my concerns and offered up a couple of solutions) I ended up getting marked down on my performance review for not being adaptable. I mean, if I just went into complain like a whiney kid without potential solutions OK. But things were approached in a professional manner.
Support from Management
The management cares more about the number of jobs you complete a day as opposed to customer satisfaction. Realistically a technician can complete 6-8 jobs a day while being mindful of quality. They send technicians out to do 12 and sometimes more per day.
