Suggestions for improvement
- It does not matter it runs pretty much like most boiler room call centers.
What I like about the company
They have a long comprehensive training program to get the collectors ready for the day to day calls they will handle.
What I dislike about the company
Management is out of touch with employee's needs. Bonus programs constantly change when a certain % of the associates make the existing ones. Way to much favoritism and if you aren't in the club you can be left out of shift changes and bonuses,
