We are a big company but is split into teams of about 15 people so you really get to know your teammates

Freedom to work independently
Everyone has their own desk and receive there own calls therefore you’re on your own. If you do need help we have a team chat to help.
We have team huddles every morning so everyone understands the goals for the day and etc

There are always opportunities for growth. If you would like to learn a new skill , there’s classes you can take to get there.
Overall compensation for your work
I think it’s fair . I’m sure they could be paying me more but who doesn’t want more ?
Office / Work Environment
It’s a nice workplace but always seems freezing .. which is why it got a 4
They like to make sure we keep everything clean but there’s no recycling option
We shouldn’t take work home with us because we can’t work from home anyways
Our company has been named the #1 bank by JD power . Major accomplishment!
As long as I do my work . People are always gonna call
We have elevators and a handicap stall for the bathroom
Totally safe environment
Doing my work is not as difficult as dealing with a customer on the phone

They love getting our opinions on what can be done better and etc
Suggestions for improvement
- I wish we could get bonuses and mode benefits. I also wish we could have a cafeteria st least In the building
What I like about the company
The managers are always pretty nice and helpful. The way you preform is a reflection of the manager so they want you to do good as well and will support you.
What I dislike about the company
Just wish they had a closer building I could work at so it could be more convienet to get to work.
