Leadership responds excessively to conflict, can't avoid stigma, and restricts input of employees. Overemphasis on legal protection for the agency tends to magnify rather than reduce problems between leadership and staff. Consequently, harsh consequences that the center's attorney seeks harms rights of employees that is necessary to ensure fairness in the workplace.
Employees can be drawn away from being apart of the "team" with arguments and contentions among supervisors.
