Suggestions for improvement
- This to the employees when they say something is wrong. Don't just hire someone off the street and train them for 5 days and expect them to run a store. Have better training for new managers which doesn't include the CSR training the manager. If someone has been with the company for a while and knows what they are doing then offer them a management position instead of hiring someone off the street that doesn't know what they are doing.
