Position Management/executive staff
Company culture was not followed or pushed.
Support from Management
GM wanted to go home as soon as he got there. Made too many mistakes and treated employees like they were nothing.
Crew were not properly trained so teamwork was hard to administer.
Communication was lacking.
The company pushes for people to move up. but the owner of each franchise do not.
