Support from Management
The managers are usually pushy and negative, namely as far as quotas for work done. If they feel like you're not pushing their prepaid debit card enough (for example), they name it to you and make you step it up.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure to staff up correctly and allow for more rotation on the different shifts, instead of sticking the same people on the same shifts all the time.
What I dislike about the company
They had Sunday hours and sometimes, really late nights in unsafe neighborhoods.
