The rhetoric is inviting and very successful with recruitment. There may be challenges you would not expect that may temp l, turn or tighten your values.
Support from management
Defining expectations, making smart goals, accountability, follow up and support are underdeveloped and fledgling.
As an organization identity and confidence is geographically challenged. Some locations are truly amazing.
Freedom to work independently
Lacking substance and weight. It's a thespian Playland of imitating a grand ego.
Regarding women having equal opportunities to upper management paths....yes. white women.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No inventive for longevity beyond 401k.
Low retention percentage yet if you "really" are terminated, fear not, You may be rehired if you promise not to do it again.
Overall compensation for your work
Less than industry average.
Individual profit potential may change without notice.
Office / Work Environment
The physical environment is well designed, engineered and funded.
Obtuse to tactical evasion. No dogma exists in their paradigm for a simbiotic social awareness relationship....unless motivated externally.
Nothing unusual. Scheduling equality is owned at unit level. Brown nose if you don't click with your boss.
It depends who the employees are speaking with if they talk fondly of their employer. There are many good people in the organization..dynamic and engaging.
Restructuring doesn't eliminate positions as it does payroll. Getting fired is a challenge.
Yearly increase in workers comp rates.
Measured among the highest volume restaurants on the national level. Plenty of work to be proud of.
Inclusive / Diverse
Yes..below general manager.
