- Definitive training and supportive relationship with employees to help encourage growth. Employees need to feel respected and appreciated for the work they do while encouraged to work hard without being micro managed.
I like about the employer
Safety program and health benefits are very good and run well. Everyone is involved with safety and improving working conditions.
I dislike about the employer
Micromanagement with little reward for jobs well done. Little recognition for employee contributions and ideas. There is little connection between employees and management.
